Thank you for choosing Stitched By K. Please review the following policies before booking: Deposits All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and go toward your service total. Cancellations Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in loss of deposit. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Your deposit will be applied toward this amount, and any remaining balance must be paid before booking future appointments. Late Policy A $20 late fee will be applied after 20 minutes. Clients who are 30 minutes late without communication will have their appointment canceled and it will be treated as a no-show. I value your time and ask that you respect mine as well. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients. Thank you for understanding 💕 Client Comfort & Correction Policy Client Comfort Your comfort is important to me. If you are tenderheaded, have a sensitive scalp, have experienced tension bumps, or have had reactions to braids in the past, please let me know before your appointment begins. This allows me to adjust my braiding tension from the very first braid. During your appointment, if at any point the tension feels too tight, please speak up immediately so adjustments can be made before the service is completed. Post-Appointment Concerns If you experience excessive discomfort, unusual irritation, or have concerns about your hairstyle after leaving your appointment, please contact me within 48 hours and include clear photos. Corrections Corrections are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed. If a complimentary correction is offered by Stitched By K, it: * Must be scheduled within 14 days of the original appointment. * Is intended only to correct the original service. * Will be scheduled based on the next available appointment. * Cannot be transferred to a future appointment, special occasion, or different hairstyle. Important Normal scalp tenderness, tightness, and mild discomfort can occur after receiving braids and typically improve as the style settles. However, every client’s scalp responds differently. Any accommodation offered is made at the discretion of Stitched By K and does not establish an ongoing policy for future services.
